My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please don't worry. You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email/SMS after dispatch. If you have any concerns, contact our support team at +971 56 685 1844 or info@asifcomputers.ae with your order number, and we'll provide an immediate update.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

We do not process deliveries on UAE public holidays. Orders placed on or just before a holiday will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and other Emirates. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, contact us at +971 56 685 1844 before placing your order, and we'll confirm availability.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes, someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and verify the order upon arrival. If you're unavailable, you can authorize another person to receive it on your behalf — please share their name in advance with our support team.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF GOODS

We accept returns on used/opened laptops within 7 days of delivery if a genuine issue is found.
Sealed, box-packed products cannot be returned once delivered, expect in the case of a manufacturing defect. For complete details, please visit our Refund & Returns policy page.
