Non-Returnable Items

Factory-Sealed Products
Products sold in factory-sealed condition cannot be returned once delivered and accepted by the customer unless the item is defective due to a manufacturing fault.
Software and Digital Products

- Digital downloads
- Subscription services
Once activated or delivered, these items are non-refundable.
Customized or Special-Order
Products Customer-Damaged Products Products specifically ordered, customized, configured, or procured on customer request cannot be returned or refunded.
Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to:
- Accidental drops
- Physical impact
- Liquid exposure
- Electrical damage
- Improper handling
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Description of the issue
- Video evidence (where applicable)
After verification, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or other appropriate resolution.
For manufacturer-related defects, claims may be handled through the official manufacturer warranty process in accordance with the brand’s warranty terms.
Return Process To initiate a return:

3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
4. Return the product with all original accessories and packaging.
5. Once received, the item will be inspected by our technical team.
6. Upon approval, the refund or replacement process will begin.
Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without penalty. If an order has already been shipped, cancellation requests will be treated according to this Return & Refund Policy. Special-order and customized products may not be eligible for cancellation once procurement or processing has begun.
